This fall is turning out to be jammed packed with great new music releases. One my favorite bands, The xx, have their new album Coexist dropping on September 11th. The news keeps getting better. The xx have also released their new single “Angels.”
I have to say that this single gets me really excited for the full album release. Why? Because it sounds like the first album XX 2.0. Improved sound. Improved beats. But still along the same relaxing mind-blowing lines as the first album. Which is exactly what I was hoping for. The xx is one of those bands that you can put on for awesome background music for any party and people will come up to you all night demanding to know who this is. Which illustrates just how good of a band they are.
